Your Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find your best rates?
Right here on the Hotel’s website. By making your reservation through our website rather than the most popular booking websites, you’re going to save an average of 10% in commission fees.
Am I charged anything upon making a reservation?
By choosing our Standard Rate, there won’t be any charge applied to your credit card upon making a reservation, nor anything to pay in advance. Should you choose the Non Refundable rate, prior to your arrival we’ll charge your credit card with the full amount of your sojourn’s cost – sans staying tax.
By what time can I cancel a reservation?
There’s no cancellation fee for any Standard Rate reservation cancelled by 11:59 p.m. of the 5th day before your arrival. Close to festivities and events, the time window may vary, but we’ll make sure to inform you of any variation upon confirming your reservation.
Is breakfast included in the reservation? What type of breakfast is served?
Our buffet continental breakfast with focaccia bread is always included in the reservation price. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests may check-in from 2 p.m. to 12 p.m. – and upon request, even further. Guests must check out by 11.00 a.m., but may leave their luggage in storage for free.
Can we leave luggage at the hotel?
Indeed, guests may drop their luggage at the hotel before the check-in and leave them in storage for the day after the check-out
What languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, French, German.
How many floors does the hotel have?
All hotel rooms are found on the 1st floor. There’s a goods lift at the back for luggage and guests with motility impediments.
Are there any peaceful and quiet room?
Thanks to the Hotel’s position, all rooms are quieter than average for Rapallo, especially the one at the back of the hotel and without a balcony.
Do the rooms have a private balcony?
A limited number of rooms have a private room giving out onto the street outside. Reserving these rooms doesn’t have any extra cost, but remains tied to availability at the moment of your reservation.
Are there any non-smoking rooms?
Guests mustn’t smoke in any of the hotel’s room or common places. Smokers will find an ashtray right outside the hotel’s door.
Does my room have TV?
Every room comes with a 26 inch LCD TV.
Is there a courtesy phone in my room?
Indeed. Please dial 100 to call the reception downstairs.
Does my room have air-conditioning?
Each room comes with a Daikin air-conditioner included in the price of your reservation?
Does the Hotel have a WiFi broadband?
All guests can enjoy our free fibre-optic WiFi connection anywhere on the Hotel’s grounds.
Can I park my car at the Hotel?
We offer our guests 5 free private parking slots in front of the hotel and in a small dehors. Due to the limited number, parking slots can’t be, under any circumstance, be booked nor reserved in advance. Should all parking slots be already full upon your arrival, we’ll make sure to point you to nearby free parking slots.
How far is the Hotel from the train station?
Just about 400 mt on foot.
Can I take my pets with me?
Small-size pets are our welcome guests. Please note their presence in your reservation form. Owners of dog mustn’t leave them alone in the room.
Does the Hotel have a restaurant?
It doesn’t, but there are many lovely and tasty restaurant nearby. Our receptionists are always available to suggest the best restaurants by quality and price range, depending on your taste and what you’d like to dine on.
